In Her Light is an exceptional painting for me. It is my very first original artwork and the beginning of a new chapter in my work with acrylics — a turning point born from deep personal experience.
The passing of a loved one led me into parts of my own inner world I had never known before. In the quiet space of farewell, I paradoxically touched myself more deeply than ever. It was in spring, when cherry blossoms began to bloom — flowers that became the central motif of this painting.
This artwork is a tribute. A symbol of a new beginning — shaped by pain, yet filled with the quiet essence of a woman who comes to know herself more deeply than before. A woman whose soul blooms more strongly than she ever imagined.
In Her Light is also a gentle message to all women who feel called to touch their own soul — and to fall in love with themselves, fully and honestly.
